PrepVia was born from a real, operational problem. Before serving other sellers, it existed inside Fastical, the wholesale company Bernardo built in the United States. Fastical shipped up to 32,000 units a month to various prep centers, and through that volume Bernardo discovered an uncomfortable truth: the biggest bottleneck was not suppliers, not marketplaces, and not the products. It was the prep center.
Delays, mistakes, inconsistent standards, zero visibility, outdated processes, and a lack of operational discipline created a ceiling Fastical could not break. The growth issue wasn't theoretical. It was measurable, repetitive, and completely unnecessary.
"Once Bernardo understood every variable of inbound flow, every packaging detail, every avoidable human error, and every step that could be automated, it became clear he had built something bigger than an internal workflow. He had built a model".
And that model became PrepVia.
Initial Mission
No seller should face the same bottlenecks that once slowed Fastical.
Advanced Mission
Build an operation so precise, so technical, and so fast that it outperforms the automation level of any traditional prep center.
Forbes Business Council
This mindset led Bernardo to become one of the youngest Brazilians accepted into the Forbes Business Council at just 22 years old. His acceptance was grounded in innovation, industrial automation, performance execution, and the ability to turn a chaotic part of e-Commerce logistics into a measurable, predictable, scalable system.
Engineering Excellence
Bernardo personally engineered robotic systems, Document AI pipelines, industrial workflows, sensors, and PrepVia's proprietary warehouse management system PrepVia OS which redefines how a prep center should operate. Every conveyor, every automation module, and every KPI inside PrepVia comes from real experience shipping tens of thousands of units and learning exactly where logistics wastes time and money.
PrepVia wasn't born from theory, textbooks, or consulting frameworks. It was born from daily friction, from operational chaos, and from problems that nearly stalled Fastical problems Bernardo learned to eliminate with engineering, automation, and disciplined operational structure.
Amazon SPN Certified Partner

Today, PrepVia is an Amazon SPN Certified Partner for FBA Preparation. It is the natural evolution of the model that began at Fastical and became a high performance, automation driven logistics engine.
