Create shipment in Amazon before physical arrival.

SLA Starts at Delivery
SLA begins when shipment is marked delivered.
Deliveries after 5:00 PM add +12 hours to SLA start time.

Eligibility Checklist :
- Amazon FBA only
- Up to 40,000 units per shipment
- Final outbound shipment: 1–26 pallets (FTL standard)
- Destination FC must be eligible (approved FCs)
- Amazon FBA API integration with PrepVia is required
- Shipment must be created prior to arrival
- Shipment informed at least 3 days before arrival
- Packing list submitted in advance
Rules That Prevent Disputes :
- Amazon Freight (FTL) is mandatory
- Booking must be defined before arrival (PrepVia or client)
- Merge must be pre-defined (authorized or not)
- Fragile items not allowed: TVs, glass, mirrors, fragile screens/displays, FRAGILE-marked items
Important Exclusions & Notes :
- •Cancellation: ≥24h fees pass-through if any; <24h customer responsible including TONU
- •Insurance/risk: if PrepVia books on behalf, risk treated as if customer booked directly; additional insurance via Amazon
- •Force majeure exclusions apply
- •Product exceptions: customer must pre-define rules for extra/missing/damaged and authorize via FBA API
