Amazon FBA rules, 2026
Playbooks for Amazon's 2026 FBA rules
Amazon changed how FBA inventory has to arrive in 2026. Each playbook states one rule the way Amazon publishes it, with the date it took effect and a link to Amazon's own page, then lists the steps a seller takes. The rules below were checked against Amazon's pages on October 26, 2026.

Questions about the playbooks
What is a PrepVia playbook?
A page for one Amazon rule: what Amazon publishes, the date it took effect, a link to Amazon's own page, and the steps a seller takes. The blog explains the background; the playbook is the short reference.
How current is each playbook?
Each playbook shows the date it was last checked against Amazon's own help pages. Amazon changes FBA rules often, so check that date before you act.
Is a playbook the rule itself?
No. Amazon's page is the rule. The playbook quotes it, links it and turns it into steps, and if the two ever differ, Amazon's page wins.
