What does wholesale FBA prep involve that parcel prep does not?
Four differences, each one a line on the rate card and a record in the app.
Case quantities, not loose units
Inventory arrives in case packs and master cartons. The count is done by carton against the packing list, then by unit where Amazon requires it. Parcel prep counts one bag at a time.
Pallets and LTL, not UPS boxes
A wholesale inbound leaves as pallets on Amazon partnered LTL or FTL. Pallet labels, a BOL and a carrier appointment are part of the job, not an extra.
SKU count in the hundreds
A distributor catalog runs to hundreds of SKUs per account. Each SKU carries its own prep rule, expiration rule and case configuration in the PrepVia app.
Accountability on paper
Receiving report, discrepancy report, box content, BOL and proof of delivery are stored with the shipment. That is what an RFP asks for and what a reimbursement claim needs.

How does PrepVia receive pallets and containers?
The receiving SLA a wholesale buyer asks about, written as the dock runs it.

How are case packs, master cartons and pallets labeled?
Three label levels, one scan each, and the count carried from the carton to the BOL.
FNSKU on the unit
FNSKU labels at up to 13,200 labels/hour, scan-verified before the carton closes. The 99.9% accuracy figure comes from that scan, not from a promise.
Case pack labels on the carton
Case pack cartons get the FBA box label and the case quantity marked as Amazon requires. Mixed cartons get box content submitted through the API.
Pallet labels on every side
Each pallet gets Amazon pallet labels on all four sides, is stretch-wrapped and built to Amazon's pallet rules. The pallet count matches the BOL.
Expiration and prep rules per SKU
Expiration dates, poly bags, suffocation warnings and bubble wrap are applied per ASIN. A wholesale case does not become an inbound defect fee.

How does the shipment get to Amazon?
Created by our own API, approved by you, moved on Amazon partnered freight.

PrepVia creates the inbound plan through its own SP-API integration, with box content per carton. Nobody retypes a case quantity in Seller Central.
Placement option chosen with you
The app shows the placement options Amazon returns and their fees. You approve the split before a pallet is built.
Amazon partnered LTL or FTL
Freight is booked on Amazon's partnered carrier program. Most shipments that leave this dock move as LTL or FTL on Amazon partnered carriers.
BOL and proof of delivery
The BOL is stored with the shipment. Receiving status is polled through the API until Amazon closes the shipment.

What does the volume level change?
Four public levels, set by monthly prep volume. The base prep price is from $0.40/unit. Above 20,000 units a month the pricing is custom.

Median hours are counted from the moment the shipment is created in the app to the carrier pickup scan. Fastical volume is reported by the founder; the rest is measured in the app.
Where do the pallets go?
One address: 8507 NW 72nd St, Miami, FL 33166, in the Doral and Medley corridor, Miami-Dade. The floor is 5,500 sq ft with 3 dock doors, open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM ET. PortMiami, Port Everglades and Miami International Airport are inside the metro area.
- Receiving. Palletized freight, floor-loaded containers and parcels on the same dock, counted the same way.
- Cycle count questions. Every carton is scanned in at receiving and scanned out into a shipment. The on-hand count per SKU is visible in the app at any time. Ask for the scan record when your RFP asks about cycle counts.
- Languages. English, Spanish, Portuguese: the founder answers in all three.
