Palletizing: build, wrap and label

When a shipment goes out on pallets, PrepVia builds new pallets or breaks down and rebuilds existing ones, stretch-wraps them and applies the shipping labels to each pallet. Palletizing is done only when the shipment needs it.

What the service covers

  • Pallet build

New pallets built from your cartons for the shipment.

  • Rebuild

Existing pallets broken down and rebuilt for shipment.

  • Wrap and labels

Stretch-wrapping and shipping labels on each pallet, scan-verified.

  • Only when the shipment needs it

Pallets that arrive ready for forwarding ship as they are. Palletizing is added when new pallets must be built or broken down.

  • Plan the load yourself

The Pallet Builder in the PrepVia app stacks your boxes on 48 × 40 in pallets and shows the load in 3D. It is a calculator: the team builds the real pallets.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Size the load first

In the Pallet Builder, add your boxes by hand or from a CSV, up to 500 per calculation, and see how many 48 × 40 in pallets they take.

  2. Step 2

    Built, wrapped and labeled

The team builds new pallets or rebuilds the ones that arrived, stretch-wraps each one and applies its shipping labels, scan-verified.

  3. Step 3

    Out on LTL or FTL

The pallets leave the Miami dock on the LTL or FTL freight booked for the shipment, on Amazon's partnered carrier when Amazon offers it.
