What the service covers

    Pallets shipped from Miami to Amazon fulfillment centers, on Amazon's partnered carrier when Amazon offers it for the shipment.

    LTL or B2B pallets are prepped within 24-36 hours of arrival (the standard prep window) and ready for pickup on the carrier you arrange.

  • Quotes for other destinations

    LTL and FTL to a destination other than Amazon are quoted by the PrepVia team in Transport Quote, for the United States, Canada and Mexico.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Ask for the outbound

    For Amazon, submit a Send to Amazon request from your stock. For a warehouse or a customer, request an LTL or FTL quote in Transport Quote.

  2. Step 2

    Pallets readied and booked

    The team checks or builds the pallets, books the delivery window when the receiving end needs one, and loads the truck at the Miami dock.

  3. Step 3

    Pallet labels and the BOL

    Each pallet leaves with its pallet labels, and the bill of lading is produced when the freight is booked.

Questions about pallet forwarding

Can PrepVia ship pallets somewhere other than Amazon?

Yes. Pallets go to Amazon fulfillment centers or to the warehouse or customer you choose. For other destinations, the PrepVia team quotes LTL or FTL in Transport Quote.

Where do I follow the pallets?

In the PrepVia app. Send to Amazon shows an FBA request until Amazon receives it, and Transport Quote keeps every other request and its history.

Do pallets that arrive ready to ship need palletizing?

No. If pallets arrive ready for forwarding, only forwarding applies. Palletizing is added when new pallets must be built or broken down.
