PrepVia is an Amazon FBA prep center and 3PL in Miami that runs on its own software. Your stock is counted at our dock, prepped and labeled to Amazon's rules, and sent to Amazon through our own SP-API integration. In the PrepVia app you see every step: what arrived against what you sent, the FBA shipment ID and fulfillment center, and the receiving status at Amazon. The same warehouse also preps and ships for the other channels you sell on.

How It Works: From Your Supplier to Amazon Receiving
Six steps, each one a screen in the PrepVia app.
Step 1
Register the inbound in Send to PrepVia
In Send to PrepVia, choose Amazon FBA as the destination and add the products: from your Amazon inventory, from a spreadsheet, or from the supplier's invoice with AI document reading. The AI lists the SKUs and quantities, and you check the list before adding it. Send your supplier a link to fill in the carrier and the tracking, or fill them in yourself. When you submit, the app checks each item's Amazon eligibility and creates your FBA draft from the eligible ones.
Step 2
Receiving at the Miami dock
The team counts every inbound against the packing list and the BOL (Receiving and inspection). In Shipments to PrepVia, the Shipment tracking screen, each product shows what was expected, what was received and the difference. When the shipment closes, you download the warehouse receipt as a PDF. If the team needs something from you, the shipment says so.
Step 3
Prep and FNSKU labels
Each unit is prepped to Amazon's rules: FNSKU labeling, poly bags, bubble wrap, kits and the rest of the Amazon prep service. The prep category Amazon has on file for each listing is in Prep requirements: change it there, and the change is saved on your Amazon account.
Step 4
Send to Amazon through the SP-API
Pick the items and units in Send to Amazon and add prep notes. PrepVia creates the shipment plan through its own Amazon SP-API integration, picks the placement option and sends the box contents. Each request moves through Working, Ready to ship, Shipped, In transit, Receiving and Closed, with the FBA shipment ID and the fulfillment center.
Step 5
Freight to Amazon
When Amazon offers its partnered carrier for the placement option, PrepVia books SPD, LTL or FTL freight on the Amazon partnered carrier program, at Amazon's rates and billed to your seller account. When it does not, the shipment goes with a non-partnered carrier.
Step 6
Received at Amazon
Send to Amazon shows the units in the pipeline and the units received at Amazon. If Amazon counts fewer units than PrepVia shipped, Reimbursements lists the case with the evidence, so you can file it with Amazon.

Your Work Stops at Choosing What to Send
No FNSKU Sheets, Box Counts or Pallet Counts by Email
PrepVia's own SP-API integration creates the inbound plan, shows the placement options, sends the box content, books partnered freight when Amazon offers it and reads the receiving status. You do not send FNSKU sheets, listing exports, box counts or pallet counts to get a shipment started.
You approve PrepVia in Seller Central, and you can disconnect any time.
FBA draft on submit
When you send stock to PrepVia for FBA, the app checks each item's Amazon eligibility and creates the draft from the eligible ones.
Prep category saved on Amazon
A change in Prep requirements is saved on your Amazon account, listing by listing.
Status from Amazon
Each request shows the FBA shipment ID, the fulfillment center and the units received at Amazon.
