Some products need prep that the standard list does not cover. Custom prep follows the instructions you write on the shipment in the PrepVia app, unit by unit, at the PrepVia warehouse in Miami.

What the service covers
Your instructions, per shipment
Write them in the notes of a Send to Amazon request or in the special preparation comments of an order.
On top of the standard prep
It adds to labeling, poly bagging, bubble wrap and the other prep services.
For Amazon and your own orders
Custom prep works on FBA shipments and on direct-to-customer orders.
How it works
Step 1
Write the instruction where the team reads it
On a Send to Amazon request, use the notes, for example, "Items require polybag + suffocation stickers". On an order in Orders, use the special preparation comments.
Step 2
Prepped unit by unit
The team applies your instruction to each unit, together with the FNSKU and the rest of the prep on the request.
Step 3
See it on the request
Each item on the Send to Amazon request lists its FNSKU, label and prep. An order shows its tracking number once it ships.
