Orders: what PrepVia ships from your stock
Orders is where you tell PrepVia what to pick, pack and ship from your stock at the warehouse in Miami. Orders from your Shopify and eBay stores come in through their integrations, for the products you link. For Walmart, TikTok Shop, Etsy, WooCommerce or any other channel, you create the order in the app.

What you can do
Direct to customer or FBA
Create a direct-to-customer order for Shopify, eBay, Walmart, Amazon FBM or any platform you name, or an FBA order for Amazon.
Items in three ways
Add the items by hand or from a spreadsheet. For direct-to-customer orders, the AI can also read them from a document, and you check the list before saving.
Your label, applied by PrepVia
Upload the shipping label and documents with the order, and PrepVia prints and applies the label.
Prep instructions per order
Add special preparation comments to the order, such as following Amazon's prep rules.
Tracking on the order
When PrepVia ships the order, the tracking number shows on it.
Store orders that come in on their own
Orders with your linked products come in from Shopify and eBay through their integrations.
