PrepVia picks, packs and ships your individual customer orders from your stock in Miami, the same stock that feeds your Amazon FBA shipments. Orders come in through the Shopify, eBay and Amazon connections, or by form or spreadsheet in Orders for other channels.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Get the order into the app

    Shopify and eBay orders with your linked products come in on their own. For Walmart, TikTok Shop, Etsy, WooCommerce or another channel, create the order in Orders and upload the label.

  2. Step 2

    Picked from your shelf in Miami

    The team picks the units from your stock, packs them in a mailer, a box or your own packaging, and applies the shipping label.

  3. Step 3

    Tracking on every order

    Once PrepVia ships an order, its tracking number shows on it in Orders.

Questions about D2C fulfillment

Which carriers can I use?

Any carrier you prefer, such as UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL. You upload the label with the order, and PrepVia prints and applies it. eBay labels are bought through eBay, and Amazon FBM labels through Amazon.

Can the same stock feed Amazon FBA and my own store?

Yes. Your inventory sits in one warehouse in Miami, for FBA shipments and for your customer orders.

Do Walmart, TikTok Shop, Etsy and WooCommerce orders come in by themselves?

No. Those channels are not connected to the PrepVia app. Create the order in Orders by hand or from a spreadsheet, or let the AI read it from a document and check the list before saving. Then upload the label.
