How it works

  1. Step 1

    Say which units get which box

    Write it in the notes of a Send to Amazon request, or in the special preparation comments of an order in Orders.

  2. Step 2

    Box built to the product

    The team assembles the box to your product's size or with your brand on it, packs the units and seals it.

  3. Step 3

    Checked against Amazon's box rules

    A unit boxed for Amazon goes in a six-sided box that does not easily give way when pressed on any side, and a product over 10 lb in a double-wall corrugated box, as Amazon's packaging requirements ask.

Can PrepVia put my brand on the boxes?

Yes. Box branding applies your brand logo, labels or custom design to shipping boxes, as an add-on.

Can a box be made to my product's size?

Yes. A customized box is custom-sized or custom-designed to your product dimensions, as an add-on to prep.

What happens if a box does not meet Amazon's rules?

Amazon's packaging requirements say inventory in packaging that fails them may be refused or disposed of at your expense, and is not eligible for reimbursement.
