Performance SLA:

  • FTL to Amazon FBA(Receiving): Full truckload shipments departing our warehouse are typically registered as Receiving by Amazon within 5 to 12 hours of departure and always within 24 hours. This ensures your inventory begins processing at Amazon facilities almost immediately after pickup, minimizing inbound delays and accelerating availability for sale.
  • LTL or B2B pallets: All inbound pallets are processed, prepped, and ready for pickup within 48 hours of arrival.
    Please note: Our SLA covers full prep and readiness. Transit and check-in times depend on the carrier or pickup schedule arranged by the client.

Distribution & B2B Outbound: Same pricing applies. If pallets arrive ready for forwarding, only forwarding fees apply. If new pallets must be built or broken down, both palletizing and forwarding rates apply.
