Performance SLA:

  • FastLane 35H: 35 hours end to end, from check-in at PrepVia to Amazon FBA delivered status, or the prep is free.
  • FTL to Amazon FBA: Full truckload shipments leave our warehouse on Amazon Freight, booked by PrepVia.
  • LTL or B2B pallets: All inbound pallets are processed, prepped, and ready for pickup within 24 to 36 hours of arrival, on the carrier the client arranges.

Distribution & B2B Outbound: Same pricing applies. If pallets arrive ready for forwarding, only forwarding fees apply. If new pallets must be built or broken down, both palletizing and forwarding rates apply.

How much does PrepVia charge for Amazon FBA prep?

PrepVia does not publish a rate card. Pricing is quoted per account on a free 15-minute call. The rate depends on your monthly volume and your products. Receiving and inspection are free, there is no setup fee and no minimum, and you pay for prep and outbound only.

Does PrepVia charge for receiving?

No. Domestic and import shipments are received and inspected at no charge. Ocean container unloading is quoted.

Is there a monthly fee?

One fixed monthly fee on the Starter level (under 1,000 units a month); no monthly fee from 1,000 units a month.

Are there minimums or a setup fee?
