Prep Center for Amazon Agencies Managing Multiple Clients
24-36 hours prep · FastLane 35H or the prep is free · Net-30 terms
Amazon SPN Certified · one account per client · Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM ET
PrepVia is the prep center for Amazon agencies and account managers running 3 to 50 client accounts. Each client gets its own account in the PrepVia app. The agency follows every account it manages, and each client is invoiced on its own. The best month on this dock moved 63,600 units; the peak week,18,080 units in 15 shipments, across every client account. If your clients ship pallets, containers or case packs, the 3PL prep center for Amazon sellers page covers that workflow.

What does an agency need from a prep center that a seller does not?
A seller has one account and one question at a time. An agency has thirty of each.
One account per client
Each client is its own account in the PrepVia app, with its own inventory, shipments and invoices. Nothing is pooled across clients.
Central visibility
The agency follows each client account it manages. The status the agency sees is the status the client sees, so nobody builds a report by hand.
Status without asking
Receiving counts, prep progress, carrier pickup and Amazon receiving status update in the app as they happen. The account manager reads them instead of emailing for them.
An invoice per client
Each client is invoiced on its own account, itemized per shipment. The agency does not split one bill across clients at month end.
One contact for every account
One team answers for every account, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM ET, by phone and email. The person on the line is the founder's team, not a ticket queue.
One workflow for all of them
Client three and client thirty go through the same receiving, prep, shipment creation and freight steps. A new client learns nothing new; the agency onboards it once.
How does PrepVia keep client accounts separate?
The question an agency asks is not the price of a label. It is whether client A can ever see, pay for, or ship inside client B. The answer is structural, not a policy.
- One account per client in the PrepVia app. Inventory, shipments, receiving reports and invoices live under that account and nowhere else.
- The agency follows each account it manages. The status the agency sees is the status the client sees. There is no second version of the truth.
- Two clients never share a shipment. Each Amazon inbound plan is created from one client account through the SP-API, under that client's own Amazon seller account.
- Billing is per client account. Itemized per shipment, on Net-30 terms. The client, the agency, or both can read the invoice in the app.
What the account looks like from the inside: the PrepVia app.
How does the agency get status without asking?
Four checkpoints per shipment, each one written to the app by the dock or by the Amazon API.
Receiving report
Cartons and units are counted against the packing list on the dock. Expected versus received units, with discrepancy alerts, show in the app.
Prep progress
Check-in to closed carton inside 24-36 hours on eligible workflows. Each shipment has a status timeline.
Carrier pickup
The shipment is created through the SP-API and partnered freight is booked. The BOL and tracking are stored with the shipment.
Amazon receiving status
Receiving status is pulled from Amazon through the API and shown per shipment. Nobody opens Seller Central to learn that a shipment closed.

What does the referral or agency program look like?
The program pays a commission on preparation revenue from clients the agency introduces. The terms are the ones on the card below, and the sign-up is in the PrepVia app.
What is measured?
