What you can do

  • Where it goes next

    Amazon FBA, storage for FBM, stock for your eBay or Shopify orders, or another marketplace such as Walmart.

  • An FBA draft from the eligible items

    For Amazon FBA, the app checks each item's Amazon eligibility when you submit and creates your FBA draft from the eligible ones.

  • Products in five ways

    From your Amazon inventory, from your stock at PrepVia, from a spreadsheet with SKU or UPC and quantity, from an invoice or packing slip the AI reads (you check its list before saving), or one item at a time.

  • Read from the invoice

    Upload the invoice or packing slip, as a PDF or a photo. The AI lists the SKUs and quantities, and you check the list before adding it.

  • Your supplier fills it in

    Send your supplier a link that works without a login for 90 days. They add the carrier, the tracking per box and the packing list.

  • Or you fill it in

    Carrier, tracking numbers, BOL, estimated arrival date, comments and up to 5 documents.

Questions about Send to PrepVia

Can my supplier fill in the shipment?

Yes. Send them the link from the app. It works without a login for 90 days, and they add the carrier, the tracking per box and the packing list.

Does the AI create the shipment?

No. The AI reads the invoice or packing slip and lists the SKUs and quantities. You check the list and add it to the shipment yourself.

What happens with an FBA shipment?

When you submit, the app checks Amazon eligibility for each item and creates your FBA draft from the eligible ones.
