The tracking numbers and the box contents usually sit with your supplier, not with you. From the PrepVia app you send them a link, and without a PrepVia login they add the carrier, a tracking number for each box and the packing list, straight into your shipment to PrepVia.

What you can do
No login for the supplier
The link opens a page for that shipment only. It works for 90 days.
Tracking for each box
The supplier picks the carrier and adds one tracking number per box, with weight and dimensions if they have them.
The packing list
The supplier attaches the packing list, so the team in Miami knows what is in the boxes.
Straight into your shipment
What the supplier fills in shows up on your shipment in Shipments to PrepVia.
How to use it
Step 1
Create the shipment
In Send to PrepVia, add the products and choose to have your supplier fill in the rest.
Step 2
Share the link
Send the link to your supplier, or use Share with supplier on the shipment page.
Step 3
Follow it in
Watch the shipment in Shipments to PrepVia as the tracking comes in.
