Sales: your real Amazon sales, from your orders

Sales shows your best sellers and your sales over time, from your real Amazon orders. It has five tabs, Overview, Best sellers, Trends, Forecast and Returns, and it shows every marketplace in its own currency. The same orders feed Restock, and Profit / P&L reads the Amazon.com ones, in US dollars.

What it shows

  • Overview

    Your sales over time for the period you pick, next to the previous period or the same period last year.

  • Best sellers

    Your products ranked by units, sales and orders, with their share, average price, change, the last 12 weeks and the stock. Export to CSV.

  • Trends

    The products that are rising, falling, new or gone quiet.

  • Forecast

    A units forecast, overall and by product, marked as an estimate: it is not an Amazon number, and real sales will differ.

  • Returns

    Return rate, the estimated refunded value and the unsellable units, from Amazon's returns report.

  • Filters

    Amazon.com, .ca, .com.mx and .com.br; FBA, FBM and Multi-Channel Fulfillment; from the last 7 days to the last 12 months, or your own dates.

How to use it

  1. Step 1

    Connect Amazon

    Sales reads the orders report and the returns report of your Amazon account, every night.

  2. Step 2

    Pick a period

    Open Sales from Tools and choose the period, the marketplace and the channel.

  3. Step 3

    Read the tabs

    Start in Overview, then open Best sellers, Trends, Forecast or Returns.

Questions about Sales

Where do the sales numbers come from?

From the orders report of your own Amazon account, read through PrepVia's SP-API integration and updated every night. Returns come from Amazon's returns report.

Is the forecast an Amazon number?

No. The Forecast tab is an estimate made from your own sales, and the page marks it that way. Real sales will differ.

Is Sales in beta?

Yes. The PrepVia app marks Sales as Beta while its numbers are being corrected.
