WooCommerce orders, packed and shipped from Miami
A paid WooCommerce order waits in Processing, the cue for the store or its warehouse to ship it. PrepVia, a 3PL in Miami, can be that warehouse: WooCommerce fulfillment from your stock, with your packing slip and your label. Nothing moves from your store to PrepVia by itself, so you create each order in the PrepVia app and mark it Completed in WooCommerce after it ships.

What PrepVia does for this channel
D2C fulfillment
The team picks the units from your stock in Miami, packs them in a poly mailer, a box or your own packaging, and applies your label.
Orders
You create each store order in the PrepVia app: Direct to Customer, with Other as the platform and WooCommerce as the platform name. List the items yourself, upload a spreadsheet, or let the AI read them from a document and check its list before you save.
WooCommerce Shipping labels
Stores based in the US that sell in US dollars can buy UPS, USPS, DHL Express and FedEx labels on the order's edit page, with the WooCommerce Shipping extension. The tracking number is saved to the order. A label from your own carrier works too. Either way, the ship-from address is the PrepVia warehouse in Miami.
Packing slip in the box
Next to Print label, WooCommerce Shipping has a Print packing slip button. The slip lists the order number, the addresses and the items. Upload it in Shipping Labels & Documents with the label, and it ships with the order.
Custom and branded boxes
Store orders can leave in your branded boxes, with tissue paper, thank-you cards or inserts.
Returns processing
Returned items that reach PrepVia are graded by condition, and you pick the next step in the app: back to inventory if the item is new and unused, shipped out with your label, or disposed of.
From Processing to Completed
Step 1
Find the order in WordPress
Paid orders wait in Processing under WooCommerce, Orders. The eye icon opens a preview with the shipping details and the items. For many orders at once, the Analytics tables download as a CSV from their Download link.
Step 2
Add it to Orders in the PrepVia app
Buy the label with WooCommerce Shipping or from your carrier. Then create the order in the PrepVia app, list the items, and upload the label and the packing slip.
Step 3
Mark it Completed
Once PrepVia ships it, the tracking number shows on the order in the app. Then change the WooCommerce order to Completed. The Completed order email carries the tracking saved by WooCommerce Shipping or the Shipment Tracking extension.
