Services, quality inspection
Quality inspection, unit by unit
Receiving is free at PrepVia. When you want more, quality inspection checks your inventory unit by unit, as you specify, before it ships to Amazon.

What the service covers
Unit by unit
Each unit checked before it is prepped and shipped.
Your criteria
What to check is set with you when the account is quoted.
Questions on the shipment
When the team needs your decision about what it found, the shipment in the PrepVia app shows that PrepVia needs your answer.
On top of receiving
Receiving is free: every inbound is counted against the packing list and the BOL. Quality inspection adds the unit-by-unit check.
Before Amazon sees it
Amazon may refuse, return or repackage units at the seller's expense when packaging, prep or barcodes are inadequate.
How it works
Step 1
Ask for the check on the inbound
Your criteria are set when the account is quoted. When you register the inbound in Send to PrepVia, ask for the check in the comments.
Step 2
Checked against your list
The team checks each unit against your criteria at receiving, before prep starts.
Step 3
Decide on what fails
If units fail, the team can ask you on the shipment what to do with them. The receiving count and the warehouse receipt stay on the same shipment.
