Amazon removal orders, received and sorted

When you pull inventory out of Amazon with a removal order, PrepVia receives it in Miami, counts it per SKU and grades each item. In the PrepVia app you decide what happens to it: back to your inventory, shipped out with your label, or disposed of.

What the service covers

  • Received and counted

Removal shipments are received and counted per SKU.

  • Graded like a return

Each unit is inspected when it arrives and graded in Returns & removals, the same way as a customer return.

  • Back to inventory, or out

Units graded New/Unused go back to your inventory at PrepVia, relabeled when needed. The rest ship out with your label or are disposed of.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Send the removal to PrepVia

In Seller Central, create the removal order with the PrepVia warehouse as the ship-to address: 8507 NW 72nd St, Miami, FL 33166.

  2. Step 2

    Counted and graded

The team counts the units per SKU, registers each item in Returns & removals and grades it New/Unused, Used Like New, Partially Damaged or Damaged.

  3. Step 3

    Back to Amazon

Units graded New/Unused go back to your inventory, ready for a new Send to Amazon request.

Questions about removal orders

Can removed units go back to Amazon?

Yes, when they are graded New/Unused: they go back to your inventory at PrepVia and ship to Amazon again with a Send to Amazon request, relabeled when needed.

Do I create the removal order in the PrepVia app?

No. You create it in Seller Central, with the PrepVia warehouse in Miami as the ship-to address. The items show in the PrepVia app, in Returns & removals, once the team registers them.

What happens to removed units that are damaged?

They do not go back to inventory, because only items graded New/Unused do. You choose in the app: ship them out with your label, or have them disposed of.
