Boxed to Amazon's rules
Amazon's packaging requirements put a product over 10 lb that needs boxing in a double-wall corrugated box, and call for over-boxing a fragile item that fails a 3-foot drop test after bubble wrap.
Checked on arrival
Each inbound is inspected at receiving, and the PrepVia app shows expected against received units for each product.
How it works
Step 1
Send the weights ahead
Register the inbound in Send to PrepVia and attach the packing list with carton dimensions and weights, or let your supplier add it through the link.
Step 2
Handled to the weight
The team moves heavy and oversize cartons with the handling their weight needs, protects the fragile units, and preps the standard units in the same shipment.
Step 3
Check what arrived
Shipments to PrepVia shows what arrived for each product, and a warehouse receipt in PDF once the shipment closes.
