PrepVia charges in your books
Each PrepVia charge you pay by card in the PrepVia app is recorded in your QuickBooks company as a bill from PrepVia.
One way only
PrepVia writes its own charges to QuickBooks. It does not read your books.
Your company, your approval
You approve the connection with Intuit, and you can disconnect it in the PrepVia app.
How to use it
Step 1
Open QuickBooks in the app
Log in to the PrepVia app and open QuickBooks in your account.
Step 2
Connect to QuickBooks
Choose Connect to QuickBooks and approve the connection with Intuit.
Step 3
Pay by card in the app
From then on, the PrepVia charges you pay by card in the app go into your books.
