Prep services, storage, your plan and freight, filtered by type, with each invoice ready to print.
Storage, day by day
Storage is measured every day on the cubic feet your stock uses. The Storage tab shows each day, and the invoice lists each item.
Pay by card in the app
Pay from the invoice in the app, or from the link in the invoice email, on a secure card checkout.
Wire instructions in Billing
The payment details in Billing have the wire instructions, with the invoice number in the memo. The PrepVia team marks a wire as paid once it arrives.
Your agreed prices
My Pricing shows the prices agreed for your account, from your quote.
Into QuickBooks
Charges you pay by card in the app go into your QuickBooks books as a bill from PrepVia.

Step 1
Get your quote
Your agreed prices show up in My Pricing in the PrepVia app.
Step 2
Use the services
Prep, storage and freight are invoiced in the app, and storage is measured every day.
Step 3
Pay the invoice
Pay by card in the app, or by wire with the payment details in Billing. The PrepVia team marks a wire as paid once it arrives, and only card payments go to QuickBooks.
